All service documentation for Personal Supports and Respite providers who meet the exemption requirements as reflected in Provider Advisory #2021-002, must be submitted into iConnect.

- iConnect Electronic Visit Verification (required for all EVV users)
- iConnect Electronic Visit Verification Manager Role (required for all agency owners and staff assigned the Provider EVV manager role)
- iConnect Provider Documentation (recommended EVV Exempt staff)
