Waiver Support Coordination

All individuals enrolled in the iBudget Florida program receive Support Coordination services. Support Coordination (WSC) services include case management services to help individuals access supports and services. Support Coordinators facilitate ongoing person-centered planning to help individuals identify their goals and plan for their needs. Support Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
