Qualified Organizations
All individuals enrolled in the iBudget Florida program receive Support Coordination services. Support Coordination (WSC) services include case management services to help individuals access supports and services. Support Coordinators facilitate All individuals enrolled on the iBudget Florida Waiver receive Support Coordination services. Support Coordination services are provided by Waiver Support Coordinators who work for a Qualified Organization. Support Coordination services include providing ongoing case management to ensure that clients access services needed to maintain health, safety, and well-being. Support Coordination services include the development of a person-centered plan to identify an individual’s needs and personal goals. This service assists individuals in accessing services from all available resources and monitors the effectiveness of home and community-based services.
Qualified Organizations or “QO” means an organization that employs four or more Waiver Support Coordinators and meets all specifications in s. 393.0663, Florida Statutes; Rule Chapter 65G-14, Florida Administrative Code; and the iBudget handbook. Qualified Organizations render support coordination services to clients enrolled on the iBudget Florida Waiver.
