- iConnect Overview of the Provider Record (required for all agency owners)
- iConnect Electronic Visit Verification (required for all EVV users)
- iConnect Electronic Visit Verification Manager Role (required for all agency owners and staff assigned the Provider EVV manager role)
- iConnect Provider Documentation (recommended for all staff)
