  Only if Skilled Nursing Services are rendered in a licensed residential setting will the provider document service delivery directly within the consumer's record.

Providers will need to take all required courses in TRAIN Florida. Courses included below:

• iConnect Roles, Permissions, Security, and Multifactor Authentication (required for all users)
•  iConnect Overview of the Consumer Central Record (required for all users)
• iConnect Overview of the Provider Record (required for all agency owners)
•  iConnect Electronic Visit Verification (required for all EVV users)
• iConnect Electronic Visit Verification Manager Role (required for all agency owners and staff assigned the Provider EVV manager role)
•  iConnect Provider Documentation (recommended for all staff)
