Medicare and Medicaid Integrated Care Website

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has developed a new website intended to help states, health plans and providers design and develop Medicare and Medicaid integrated care delivery systems for dually eligible beneficiaries. The website contains an overview page and a road map that provides a summary of, and a link to, Medicare and Medicaid documents and tools CMS considers valuable to building integrated models of care. It also includes recently released CMS guidance on an integrated Medicare and Medicaid appeals process for special needs plans (SNPs) and a mailbox for submitting questions or comments to CMS.
