Important Announcement Regarding Savings and One-Time/Short Term Expenditure Payment Requests for February 2008

The Agency for Persons (APD) CDC+ program will be able to pay February timesheets, invoices, and requests for reimbursement including goods or services billed to the Savings or One Time/Short Term expenditure sections of the purchasing plan. What this means to you is that Savings and One Time/Short Term expenditure payments will not be "frozen" during the current transition.

During the first payroll with APD as the fiscal agent, consumers and representatives may submit timesheets, invoices, and requests for reimbursement for any authorized good or service received during the month of February. Timesheets, invoices, and requests for reimbursement for the February 1-29 vendor/invoice payrol, and the February 16-29 employee/timesheet payroll must be received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday, March 3, if submitted over the phone, or by midnight, Eastern Time, on March 3 if submitted via the web-based payment request system.
